Story: In the wake of the Charlie Hebdo attacks carried out by jihadist extremists, David aims to stage a play inspired by the works of the late satirical cartoonist, Georges Wolinski. However, he faces challenges in gaining support from established institutions. In response, he decides to direct a performance in a small provincial town centered around the traditional Apulian dance known as Pizzica. To maintain the subversive spirit of his original idea, which included explicit themes, he cleverly blends it into the agreed-upon cultural showcase, drawing the interest and collaboration of a curious cast he recruits. As rehearsals progress, the production incites both enthusiastic approval and backlash, leading to a mounting boycott.
