Story without spoilers

The story follows Bilal Ahmad after he becomes amnesiac and forms a completely different understanding of who he is. Rather than recognizing himself as a Pakistani spy, he believes he is an Indian officer committed to counter-terrorism. That identity clash provides the foundation for the film’s comedy and action elements.

The supplied premise does not reveal how Bilal’s memory loss occurred, how the other characters fit into his situation, or whether he eventually recovers his past. The film’s tagline, “Deshbhakti yaad hai, par desh nahi,” captures the tension between his apparent patriotic conviction and his uncertain sense of national identity.

What to expect

Udta Teer combines comedy with action through a spy-focused premise and a protagonist whose understanding of himself is unreliable. The amnesia setup creates room for confusion, reversals and conflict between Bilal’s perceived role and his actual background, while the counter-terrorism setting gives the story an action framework.

The available information supports expectations of an identity-driven Hindi spy comedy rather than a purely serious espionage drama. Specific plot turns, relationships, tone, visual approach and ending have not been provided.
