Synopsis: Evgeniy Onegin leads a life filled with opulence: lavish parties, social gatherings, and theater openings define his existence in the capital. However, he’s grown weary of this glamorous lifestyle. When he hears about his uncle’s illness in the countryside, he seizes the chance for a change of scenery. Upon arriving at the estate, he learns of his uncle’s passing, a news that barely affects him. Struggling financially and realizing his uncle’s wealth makes him the sole heir, Onegin isolates himself in solitude at the estate—until he meets the energetic and optimistic Vladimir Lenskiy, a young man who has just returned from abroad and introduces him to the charming Larin sisters, Tatyana and Olga.
