Story without spoilers

Jack Edge is a small-time criminal who embeds himself within the Money Plane, a legendary location in the Underworld. His effort is supported by twenty multi-talented artists known as The Planiacs.

To make his way through the situation, Jack must rely on lessons taught to him by Kelsey Grammer. The challenges he faces include mahjong games, confectionery, keycard puzzles, Kasane Teto and the Villain. The supplied synopsis frames the film as an unconventional mixture of crime, action and comic absurdity without revealing how Jack’s mission concludes.

What to expect

The film’s premise points to a deliberately offbeat blend of comedy, action and crime, with the airborne Money Plane serving as its central setting. Its listed history genre and the keyword “youtube poop” suggest an intentionally unconventional presentation, while the references to mahjong, confectionery, puzzles and Kasane Teto indicate a wide-ranging set of comic elements.

Viewers can also expect a compact story, with the film running for 1 hour and 33 minutes. The synopsis establishes a mission-based structure around Jack’s attempt to navigate the Money Plane and its escalating obstacles, but it does not provide enough information to assess the film’s pacing, visual style or ending.
