7 Jours en Juin movie

🎬 Title: 7 Jours en Juin

Story: On June 6, 1944, American paratroopers were dropped into Normandy. Due to severe weather conditions, many found themselves landing far from their intended drop zones. This was the case for several soldiers from the 82nd Airborne Division, who ended up on the outskirts of a small village called Graignes, about 30 kilometers from Carentan. With the assistance of local residents, the paratroopers decided to establish a defensive position, which soon came under siege from an SS division. Despite the bravery of these soldiers and the locals willing to do anything to assist the Americans, the situation quickly became desperate. Over time, Graignes would be etched in the memories of Nazis for its massacres and remembered by American fighters as a small Normandy Alamo.
