Story: In the latest theatrical piece by the gifted Toru Hosokawa, familiar faces like Sarutoki Minagawa and Yoshiyoshi Arakawa come together! Dr. Minagawa (played by Sarutoki Minagawa) is a strong yet clumsy surgeon who frequently misdiagnoses patients and often finds himself switching hospitals due to his surgical blunders. In his new position at a general hospital, he cleverly avoids performing surgeries by shifting the responsibility to his junior, Makishima (Hikaru Makishima). As Makishima is thrust into more surgical challenges, he begins to sharpen his skills. Meanwhile, the arrival of the so-called “genius doctor,” Arakawa (Yoshiyoshi Arakawa), raises the stakes as he performs surgeries with unparalleled speed, often leaving everyone puzzled by his instructions. Tensions rise as Arakawa sees Minagawa as a rival due to their differing approaches to treatment, leading to a series of comedic clashes involving a quirky hospital chief, patients, and bumbling new nurses.
