Story: This is the second video from the Finite Rants series, which consists of eight visual essays created for Fondazione Prada and curated by Luigi Alberto Cippini and Niccolò Gravina. Director Bertrand Bonello revisits the closing moments of his 2016 film Nocturama, which illustrates the planning and execution of terrorist acts in Paris by a group of youths. Beginning with “Où en êtes-vous?”, originally commissioned by the Centre Pompidou for his then 11-year-old daughter, Bonello transforms this new piece, enhancing the ending of Nocturama while entirely revamping its narrative and soundtrack, offering what acts as a second letter to his daughter, now 17 years old.
