However, just two weeks before the big event, Marisol uncovers her husband’s affair with a younger woman, who is also pregnant. Determined to avoid failure, she frantically attempts to reclaim her husband’s affection, neglecting her own emotions and motives. This turmoil spills over onto the gym floor, leading her to become increasingly harsh towards Angelica, who embodies her remaining hopes for victory.
