Story: After moving to Zlín, 16-year-old David joins a new hockey team called the Wolves, fully determined to make a name for himself. However, he faces tough competition from Miky, the team’s reigning goalie, whose position seems secure. David struggles to fit in, as the team isn’t exactly welcoming. Under the leadership of Captain Jerry and his clique, the group follows their own rules, which are harsh on outsiders. To make matters more complicated, David has recently been diagnosed with diabetes, forcing him to learn how to manage his condition while dealing with the relentless bullying that he’s not prepared for.
