Assigned to mentor the volatile new recruit Serge Rivard, a petty criminal, Donald finds himself ensnared in a disastrous double murder that threatens to unravel his life. Although he escapes legal repercussions thanks to the Dubois clan’s attorneys, Detective Sergeant Roger Burns remains determined to persuade Lavoie to turn informant, setting the stage for a tense cat-and-mouse game.
