Story: Set in France during the late 19th century, “Miss Violet” follows Louise Violet, a 40-year-old teacher from Paris who is dispatched to a rural community. With the mayor’s support, she gradually gains acceptance from both parents and their children. However, Louise’s past soon resurfaces, presenting new challenges.
