Story without spoilers

The story centers on desperate people who encounter a mystical gift capable of granting wishes. What initially appears to offer a way out comes with severe consequences: the gift collects souls and contributes to the creation of monsters.

Beyond that premise, the supplied information does not identify the characters’ individual goals, explain the nature of the gift, or reveal how their paths intersect. The film is therefore framed as a supernatural horror story with dramatic and psychological-thriller elements, while keeping its specific plot developments under wraps.

What to expect

Crooked Miles is positioned as a blend of horror, drama and fantasy, with a psychological-thriller keyword reinforcing its focus on dangerous choices and supernatural consequences. Viewers can expect a story built around wishes, moral risk, soul-collecting and monstrous transformation.

The premise suggests a darker treatment of wish fulfillment rather than a straightforward fantasy adventure. Its tagline and genre combination indicate an ominous atmosphere, but the available information does not establish specific scares, visual techniques, pacing or the extent of the film’s psychological focus.
