🎬 Title: Loupežnická balada

Story: This is a tale about confused robbers, a repentant thief, and genuine love. It’s a story meant for deaf children and their families, presented in sign language and translated into Czech. In previous sign language stories, we explored the realms of devils, water sprites, and ghosts. This time, the narrative takes us into the lives of robbers, whose existence transforms when they welcome Berta, a young woman who has lost everything due to a wicked merchant. Tragically, she has even been forced to give up her beloved daughter. Berta believes in justice and aims to change the thieving trade, believing in the motto “take from the rich, give to the poor.” While she has left her daughter to grow up in a parish, she secretly observes her from a distance, longing for the day they can reunite. However, fate takes a heartbreaking turn when Berta discovers that her daughter is no longer at the parish, igniting her fears that she may never see her again.
