Story: Josef, a talented violin maker, finds fulfillment in crafting instruments that bring happiness to people around the globe. Although he has never experienced the ocean, he cherishes his small puddle, which he maintains for the neighborhood birds to drink from. Without a wife or children, his only companion is Pampeliška, his loyal dog. Despite his quiet life, Josef harbors deep feelings for his lovely neighbor Anežka and eagerly anticipates his weekly chess matches with his charismatic best friend, Václav, who is a skilled piano tuner.
