Story: Pleun, who hails from Rotterdam, has spent many years managing Casa Coco, a tranquil guesthouse situated in Bonaire. Friends from her Rotterdam social circle frequently visit for memorable vacations together. This autumn, Pleun’s childhood love, Toon, joins her along with a couple of friends after learning that his wife plans to divorce him. The aim is to help Toon escape his troubles under the warm Caribbean sun. After five decades apart, the two former lovers reconnect, as Pleun left Toon unexpectedly to pursue a new life in Bonaire. As a result, Toon finds himself struggling with one challenge after another.
