Story: Axel works at a call center and is all too familiar with irate customers and a demanding boss. With a knack for problem-solving, he navigates customer grievances skillfully. However, his life dramatically shifts when he receives a call from Figueroa Mont, a disgruntled client intent on canceling his service. Frustrated with corporate red tape, Figueroa ominously informs Axel that he’s watching him through a sniper scope and will shoot if Axel fails to resolve the issue.
